WHEN CREATING A TIMELINE KEEP THESE THINGS IN MIND:
Ceremony start times should preferably be no less than 1.5 hours before sunset for the best lighting.
Review contracts for the number of hours you have each vendor.
All vendors need to arrive and be in place 30 minutes before the ceremony, even if services do not start until later, no load in’s in front of guests.
Guests only have about 5 hours in them before they fade, less if they have long commutes.
