Sunday (2 pm-midnight): $6,500
Monday-Thursday (11am-midnight): $4,500

Low Season: July-September, December-February

Friday (11 am-midnight): $6,500
Saturday (11 am-midnight): $7,500

VENUE REQUIREMENTS & OTHER COSTS TO CONSIDER

Exclusive Catering- King River Ranch has partnered with several fantastic caterers at a variety of price points with delicious menu options to best serve you. These caterers have all earned our trust, and we know they will earn yours as well!
Professional Wedding Coordination- We cannot express just how important it is to us that your wedding day is flawless and relaxed. A Wedding Coordinator will help with delivering the experience you deserve.
Event Insurance- We require a $1,000,000 event insurance policy with King River Ranch listed as the additional insured to be returned with your contract. Approximate insurance cost - approx. $190.
Event Security- You will need to hire 1 security if alcohol is being served. If your guest count exceeds 150, a second officer must be hired.
